House Cleaning FAQ for Newark, Granville, Heath and Pataskala

Thinking about hiring a house cleaner in Licking County? Here's what people ask us before their first clean. Anything else, call or text 740-265-3745.

What areas do you serve?

All of Licking County, including Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Johnstown, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Utica, Alexandria and Etna, plus the east side of Columbus including Gahanna, New Albany, Reynoldsburg and Pickerington.

What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard, recurring clean keeps a home maintained: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces. A deep clean is the reset: baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts, grout, light fixtures, behind and under furniture. Most new clients start with a deep clean, then move to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring clients aren't. Leave us a key, a code, or a lockbox and we'll text you when we arrive and when we're done.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, everything, including equipment. If you'd rather we use a specific product in your home, just tell us.

How do you price a clean?

By the home and the job, not by the hour, so you know the number before we start. Tell us the size of the home, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and what you want done, and we'll quote it.

Do you clean Airbnbs, rentals, and move-outs?

Yes. Short-term rental turnovers, move-in and move-out cleans, and post-construction cleanup are a big part of what we do in Licking County.

Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?

Yes, offices and small commercial spaces, one-time or on a recurring schedule.

Are you insured?

Yes. Proof of insurance is available on request.

How do I get started?
